Marriage CD, 208 Main Street, Newport Arkansas 72112. Cost of CD is $5.00. Please provide mailing address and make
check payable to Jackson County Clerk Office. You must have a licensed copy
of MS Access 2000 or later version to run the program.

The marriage license data is
indexed and managed in a MS Access 2000 program. The Jackson County Clerk has decided to release this program
along with all associated data for public use by downloading the actual data
and supporting program. The MS Access
program has sophisticated data management capabilities to include advance
search. The program is in an MDE format which means access to the source code
is prohibited; however, complete access to all search capabilities
and report capabilities are available. You must unzip the compressed MS Access Files in order to run
