 Both Parties must come in person to
the County Clerk’s Office.
You must present a valid driver’s license
or Birth Certificate for age verification
Both parties must be 18 years of age
1. Parental consent
required for males that are age seventeen (17) and females that are age
sixteen (16).
2. Both parents must be present to sign
consent unless sole custody has been awarded.
3. To establish sole custody a copy of the
legal judgment must be presented.
License Fee is $45.00 (Cash Required-No

Complete Marriage License Application
form.
License must be used within 60 days from
date of purchased.
Return completed Marriage Certificate to
County Clerk’s office to be recorded.
