marriage records are filed and maintained in the Jackson County Courthouse
vaults. Located in the records vault
is a database index for quick search and retrieval. An automated system operated by the office staff provides
official wedding records when required.
You may obtain a certified copy of a marriage license by mailing
a self addressed envelope with postage to: Jackson County Clerk Jackson County Courthouse 208 Main Street Newport Arkansas 72112 For certified copy, please enclose check or money order for
$5.00 payable to Jackson County Clerk. Uncertified
copies of marriage licenses may be picked up at the Jackson County Clerk
Office with service charge of 25 cents. |
